1. Both the IHCFA and the PNHP slide shows indicate substantial changes have occurred inf the last several decades between quality of health care in Canada and that in the USA. It is not clear why this has occurred, with figures now implying better quality health care and better availability in Canada.
2. If single payer eliminates"premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket spending" it should be obvious that with nothing to lose, the public will seek health care indiscriminately, and the system will be quickly overloaded. Do you really mean no "out of pocket spending."
